Cancellation Policy: You may cancel 12 hours before the appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show 10% of your visit cost will be charged.
Refund Policy: Refunds are given if you have pre-paid and you are not approved by the provider for certification or if you have not been sent your certification. Once the certification is sent, no refunds are given.
